Chant
Peter: A piece of ice glowed, seemingly out-of-place on this Keweenaw shore. It seemed almost to rise from the beach, enhanced by the contrast. It's a strange composition, an experimental shot, almost forgotten, until Barbara rescued it with her perceptive interest.
Barbara: I loved the 'invitation' to celebrate Mother Earth I saw in this photograph. The 'ice blossom' astonished me, but the poetic pathway to its destination in the image engaged me even more.
