Peter:  I took this photograph at an installation by world-famous glass artist Dale Chihuly at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis.  Within the calming peace of this setting, he chose a perfect place for this incredible piece.

Barbara:  The perfection of the Japanese sense of balance and order in the universe emanates from this photograph.  The organic Chihuly piece emphasizes this sense of calm and serenity.  Thus, the origins of the poem.
